HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'EXPEDITED PROCESSING' AND '1 DAY PRIORITY PROCESSING'

Expedited Shipping: We push your order to the front of the line for all orders that day! Which means your order will be one of the first to be out. On average this option allows us to get your order out 2 days earlier than normal!

1 Day Priority Processing: We print, process, and ship your order within 24 hours! At this point it is always out of our warehouse facility within 24 hours. Please be advised that this does not mean OVERNIGHT delivery. The shipping is still standard shipping. So USPS/FEDEX can still take an X number of days to deliver it depending on where you live.

I RECEIVED MY TRACKING DETAILS, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY MOVEMENT! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at info@CanvasFreaks.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you!

HOW DO I HANG MULTIPANEL PRINTS?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GALLERY WRAP AND FLOATING FRAME?

Gallery Wrap: Is a method of stretching an artist’s canvas so that the canvas wraps completely around the sides of the stretcher bar and is secured to the back of the wooden frame. Identified as THE premier method of framing for any and all high-quality art pieces. Canvas Freaks brings this option to you at an incredibly affordable price.

Floating Frame: Floater frames mimic the look of fine art displayed in a gallery, where these types of frames are the preferred way to display art. They enable galleries to mount a piece of artwork in a frame without the surface of the art touching the frame itself, preserving the image from potential contact or damage.  The depth of a floater frame creates a greater three-dimensionality to a piece of art hung on a wall, and the floating image provides the same effect for art that is displayed on a desk or shelf. A floater frame is a beautiful way to display the most precious photos or priceless artwork in your collection, giving them a presence that matches their importance.

Please note that due to differences in monitor color settings, the color you see on your computer or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colors that are true to the artist's specifications and cannot alter the original artwork. We can always exchange to a different design for you! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. Custom orders are the only products on the site that are FINAL SALE items.

NEON FAQS

Are LED neon signs prone to damage? What are they made of?

Our LED Neon is made from proprietary PVC molding technology, most signs deliver with high quality acrylic as backing.

Our LED Neon signs produce relatively no heat, unbreakable, energy-efficient, and least expensive compared to traditional glass tube neon. They are much stronger and less expensive than traditional glass neon signs.

 

Can you use LED Neon Sign Signs outdoor?

No. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer water proof Neon Signs. 

 

What’s the typical lead time for custom orders?

All orders are made to order by hand in our own US production facility with the utmost of care and attention to detail. On Average production processing is 7-14 business days, this time frame can vary depending on the complexity of the design

Our designers first make sure the design is perfect. We then use our router to cut the acrylic piece according to your specifications. We then hand place the LED Neon onto the acrylic to achieve the final finished product.

Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory - Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is on average 4-7 days after production.

 

How do you power the neon signs?

All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket and it comes with a 12V transformer.

 

How long do the LED neon signs last?

The lifetime of LED light lasts minimum of 30,000 hours.  That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items and we can supply replacements if necessary if outside of the warranty period.

 

Does it require any maintenance?

Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free. With that said, we recommend dusting it off from debris and dust from time to time so that your sign can shine flawlessly!

 

Installation:

What’s the length of the power cord?

The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long encased with a clear coating, with an additional of 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. There’s another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug. In total it’s 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug.

 

How safe are LED neon signs?

Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operating.

 

Will my neon sign require any specialist installation?

The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket. The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall with the hardware we provide with your sign. Neon signs for permanent external use, and some large internal neon signs, will require specialist installation.

Ordering: 

What does the warranty cover?

We offer a 12 month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage incurred through misuse!

 

Do you ship outside the USA?

Unfortunately, we do not ship Neon signs outside the US, Alaska, or Hawaii.

 

Customization:

What are the color options? 

We have a total of 9 colors - Pink, Light Green, Blue, Light Blue, Purple, Red, Yellow, Orange and White!

 

Can you use any font or design to create an LED Neon Sign?

Yes, however some fonts and designs work better than others like script and sans-serif fonts. We will recommend only monoline (equal width) fonts due to the tube that we are using. Calligraphy/brush styles can’t be replicated precisely. We are more than happy to advise and assist with your ideas.

 

How much does a custom sign cost?

Our custom made neon signs start at just $250. Sign cost varies depending on sign size and design complexity. Use the custom product page to get a price, or email our team at info@canvasfreaks.com

Is there a minimum size that you need to work to?

We tend to work to a minimum letter height of around 10cm (4”), as we find that letters have more definition at this size. It is possible to make letters smaller than this, but larger letters do tend to look neater. Generally, this also means we offer a minimum sign size of 50cm in width, and usually work up to 300cm wide - however, email our team at info@canvasfreaks.com if you have additional questions!
